Among Moscow’s large population of homeless canines, a small minority who frequent or inhabit its metro have attracted international attention due to their having learned how to use the trains to commute to and from various locations.
The dogs have learned to cross the street with pedestrians and have been observed obeying traffic lights.
I’ve seen this happen here in Taiwan, too. Well, in Hsinchu we don’t really have many trains…but (relatively docile) dog packs wait for street lights and signals from pedestrians. It’s pretty impressive.

A different take on a warm caprese salad. Spinach, basil, tomatoes, enokitake, olive oil, and balsamic, with a small amount of parmesan grated on top.
Lame in-the-mirror shots of my shoes.
Salmon filet baked with olive oil, basil, garlic, and parmesan over a bed of asparagus. You should make and eat this some time. So good!
